Matthew 13:45-46 (The Pearl of Great Price) 
-the kingdom of God - how important it is 
-the rule and regin of God 
-gift from God to turn around everything  
-what do you value in life - what are you willing to give up to get it 
-what do you value? (Point/Question 1) 
-need community - someone to turn to 
-are you all in? (Point/Question 2) 
-give your talent 
-show up 
-share the good news 
-commitment 
-Mark 10:29-30 
-advance, no retreat

“For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through the endurance taught in the Scriptures and the encouragement they provide we might have hope.” Romans 15:4. Everything, and I mean everything, in the Bible was written for us. From Genesis all the way to Revelations. Even the books of law in Exodus, Deuteronomy, and Leviticus. All that is written can be used to spread the word and love of Jesus. “ALL Scripture is god-breathed” (2 Tim. 3:16). It is used to teach, rebuke, correct, and train.It is “sharper than any double-edge sword” (Hebrews 4:12). It is alive and active. Everything that is written in the Bible no matter the time period is still relevant today. We age, but God doesn’t. That is why it is important to continually be in the Scripture. We first looked at the story in the Bible, now we look at a song that is inspired by the story. Trip Lee is the man.
